KIRK T. METTY, P.E., PRESIDENT

After a successful 18 career in capital construction on projects ranging in cost from several thousand dollars to over $2 billion, Mr. Metty is now focusing his efforts on growing a successful residential construction and development company here in the Triangle. Leveraging his years of experience in engineering, design and construction, his goal is to bring the same rigorous discipline to the homebuilding industry that were the foundations of his success in the highly competitive and regulated pharmeceutical and microelectronic industries.

Mr. Metty has lived in Italy (twice) and traveled extensively throughout Western Europe. This international background gives him a unique perspective; one which enhances the homes he builds and adds a touch of European elegance.

Prior to his professional career, Mr. Metty spent one year in Haiti working with a feeding program and building schools.

He has been married to his wife Kellee for 20 years. They have lived in the Triangle along with their four children; Abby 19, Jon 17, Nate 15, and Jessie 12, for nine years.
